25 days away fellas. This thread is for discussion and posting up the plans.

Roll in goes down on Friday Dec 19th at 2pm so we need to be in Miami at the venue no later than noon, preferably earlier. This means rolling out of Orlando at somewhere between 6am-8am and no later. We all know Orlando traffic is no joke at this time so be ready.

Get registered for this asap! They usually cut the registration off 7-10 days before the show so make it a point to have this done before Dec. 10th.

We need to make Hotel Reservations somewhere very close to the venue. Someone start looking into this, get prices, do it. Any hook ups would also be sweet!

Noah will be in Delaware for the Holidays. Ryan and Mikey, We need you guys there for this. Its time to hit South Florida and represent. Let us know whats up with participating in this event. We should all be home on Sunday the 21st in time for the holidays. This is the last event of the year and it's going to be a great transition into 2009.

Any of you Jax guys that need a place to stay in Orlando Thursday night before the Friday am rollout, We got you. I have a Fold out couch at my apartment and I know Shaun has some room as well. Bobby we will probably meet you there at the venue.

A few of us were hoping to leave our cars inside the convention center Saturday night and pick them up Sunday Morning and head back to Orlando.

HIN rep finally emailed me back with rollout info about saturday night end of show. If we leave any car there inside the convention center saturday night, it cant be picked up until Monday morning. The convention center will be closed on Sunday.

to tell you the truth chris is probably cheaper to find someone that wants to go and split the cost of a registration for a car. and then just show up and tell them you did and that the car got stolen or some shit thats what i would do

This means we need to leave Orlando no later than 8am Friday morning. Ya that Sux but you'll forget about it once we are on the road to Miami.

Lets meet at the Waffle House off of Kirkman at 8am. Everybody cool with that? Open to suggestions. Its right off of 4 and not far from the Turnpike that we have to travel on to Miami. We should maybe even shoot for 7am to beat some of the traffic. There is no telling what kind of mid-day traffic we may hit rolling into Miami at noon on Friday either.

Members from Jax and Ft. Meyers- Steve from V-Trends will already be in Miami. Singhey is rolling down to Orlando Thursday night to roll out with us from there. Bobby is rolling in from the South.

Lets all meet at the convention center at Noon Friday December 19th.

Found a sweet place right on Washington ave. for a reasonable rate, $72.00 a night. 0.7 miles from the convention center. Right in the middle of all the clubs too. The place actually had decent reviews, unlike anything else in this price range. Anyone want to split a double with me fri and sat night? We should all get rooms here so we can kick it and be close to the conv center.
